I absolutely LOVE the Kenwood Kendra Scott location. Last week, I had the most amazing saleswoman, Emma P—she helped me pick out a necklace for my mom for Christmas. She was super patient when I was indecisive and even called multiple stores to find a matching bracelet to go with the necklace. 10/10–Emma is amazing and so is Kendra Scott!!
My girlfriend wanted a ring in a specific size this location didn’t have. Emma called multiple stores to track it down even though she wouldn’t get the sale. She even went as far as giving us her phone number to make sure it all goes smoothly. Will be shopping here again!

I placed an online order and it arrived damaged. I emailed Kendra Scott and they quickly responded and sent me a new one. Great customer service!
The sales associates here are so friendly and welcoming! I had Emma P. help me and she made my bad day 10x better right when I stepped in the store. I am an avid Kendra Scott shopper and I will continue to be partially due to the wonderful assistance in the store!
