Worst experience I’ve ever had while shopping. My parents got me a gift from this store and the lady who took care of them couldn’t be ruder and more impatient. I went back on the same day to exchange something and the lady who “helped” me was making me feel so uncomfortable that I wanted to leave as soon as possible. She tossed the trays on the counter if I asked to see something, she didn’t look at me once or said anything besides “ok.” I love the brand but I will never go back to this store.

STAFF friendly...selection was kind of low but they were having a buy 2 get one free, so that was expected. Over all good experience.

Friendly staff so I hate to admit, you can find Pandora bracelets/charms less expensive on Jared website. Not to mention, the line to get into store was pretty long. I like the in-store shopping experience so spending more is sometimes ok.
