Excellent customer service during this pandemic. The AAA Rep offered adding another family member for just 10.00 for the Permier membership. This is awesome service.

First off the Bob Sumerel on Ridge Avenue has terrible customer service secondly this will be my third year renewing and the membership price went up $100 I will disregard tell my customers And Friends To get AAA

My recent experience was with the District AAA Office. The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was made to feel that my question was the most important she had ever handled, although in the scope of things, probably pretty trite. All questions were answered to my satisfaction and accurately. I never felt rushed and she made certain all questions had been sufficiently answered before ending our session. This is one more reason I remain a AAA customer.
