The initial reason I decided to work with fire house insurance was because of the great deal they were able to find me by almost cutting my car insurance rates by half! But I did not expect the amount of extra miles (car pun somewhere here) they would go to deliver a great value in making sure I was covered the right way for the right price.nnWhenever there are any issues behind the scenes regarding my insurance provider, I would never know the difference considering my rep Vinny does all of the heavy lifting and making sure I am always fully covered at the promised rate. The full transparency fire house insurance provides me both on price and service is extremely relieving in an industry that can tend to be fairly shady when it comes to rates randomly spiking and add-on after add-on being pushed into the customers face. Sam did a great job in helping me with my homeowners insurance. He was so understanding and patient helping me. I had multiple claims in the past few years and he was still able to find me a great rate without cutting any of my coverages!

Tanner is a really good guy! He helped me out tremendously with a new coverage and better price for what I previously had. Very professional but most importantly human. Most agents I have spoke to or really anyone with a major business aren’t as patient with delays because of being busy or congratulates you on a new job! I appreciated that a lot! First off Firehouse Insurance is Fireud83dudd25ud83dudd25ud83dudd25!!! Having said that my agent was a gentleman named Tanner he was very easy to talk to, he was very determined to get me and my family insurance. I gave him my info and he went to work on it and then a couple days later he called me and gave me some amazing prices good insurance that was half of what I was paying already plus I am currently renting and he quoted me renters insurance on top of my car insurance and all together it was still way cheaper than what I was currently paying for just car insurance. I strongly suggest and recommend firehouse insurance. Also Tanner did all this and he lives and works in Cincinnati and I live Paducah Ky like 4 hours away and the service was still amazing so don't let the distance stop you!!!!! Thank You all so Much and you have a customer for life!!!!!!
