Very nice agent very helpful. But the reason for 3 stars is the extremely high cost of rates. Has never lowered my rates after promises of it lowering when I started. They keep you in high bracket and won't take you out. I really need to shop around.

Marianne and her staff are kind and knowledgeable. They have made sure that my family and my assets are very well protected through the Allstate Insurance Company. I highly recommend her agency if you need home, auto, or even life/medical coverage as they have an answer for every need (even the ones I hadn't thought of) I tell you what, peace of mind is what they truly offer.
