My grandmother and I have been working with John for well over 10 years. He's been amazing, thoughtful and extremely helpful at every step of the way. When I forget to pay/miss the piece of mail and the policy is about to be cancelled, they always send me a kind text message reminder and I call right away. They really make me feel as if I'm a person and not just a number in their books when speaking on the phone. The prices are very competitive as well! Mr. Schnitzler I cant articulate enough how lucky you are to have Jessica Banks work for your agency. I have been in the process of getting several different quotes from several different agencies for homeowners, auto insurance as well as umbrella coverage. I had the privilege as well as the pleasure talking to Jessica during this process. I talked to several agents and NO one was as professional, patient, understanding and informative as she was. I was shopping for new insurance for homes, auto, and umbrella and recently signed on with J Schnitzler State Farm. Jessica was responsive and quick getting me quotes (not to mention very competitive with pricing), and has been readily available when I had questions. So far - so good!
