My 28 year old wedding ring was wearing out and, let’s face it, bought when we were young and couldn’t afford much. Yet I loved my ring and didn’t want to just toss it aside for a new one. My dream was to reuse my ring, keeping the same basic design, yet upgrading it and bringing it into the 21st century. And that’s exactly what Jim and Angela helped me do! They amazed me by hearing everything I said I wanted but didn’t know how to do, and made it a reality. I’m in love with my new ring that still looks like my ring, but is so much prettier! 😍
My watch did not have any micro adjustments and it was either just a little too loose or just a little too tight. I took it in to Jamestown Jewelry and they drilled new holes in the watch clasp allowing for a micro adjustment. I’m completely satisfied with the professional workmanship! It is exactly how I imagined it and the watch fits perfectly now!
Did a great job. Had James repair a diamond that had fallen out of my Engagement ring Band (bought ring from different jeweler). Also had him sauder my wedding band to my engagement band and clean the ring. I can’t even tell what diamond was replaced because it matches so perfectly and my ring is cleaner and more sparkly than the first day I got it! Great job!
The jeweler is fantastic. My wife’s ring came from a custom jeweler in another state. We needed someone local to take care of it. Not only does he do fantastic work he was also able to help us get an insurance policy on the ring. I am very happy with my experience here. Also I love the small no pressure feeling. If you need a ring I would recommend this place!
When we made the ring they forced us to buy a year of insurance. What they didn’t tell us is that this ring insurance policy would auto renew the following year! Would have been nice to know before you get surprise hundreds of dollars in bills a year after buying your ring. Left a horrible taste and I’ll never go back here.
