Budget Car Rental

This is a good place to pick up a rental. The service is good, the staff very helpful. Nice folks.

Budget does not care about its customers. They care about extracting the most capital out of you no matter what. I've seen a reserved car go to someone else because someone offered a few bucks more. They don't honor commitment and don't train employees well enough. Stay away from budget.

There are bad experiences yes but come on do you guys even care about your customers. I recently paid for my reservation online, and when I got there nothing was available. So from there they had to put me in a car to drive myself to the airport. I was under the assumption that they would have been told I was coming but, I was wrong, and had to deal with a whole new situation when I got there. On top of that most of the people around me seemed to gain some type of amusement from the distress they where Able to inflict on my vacation. I did meet one nice man who helped me get along but after all that I think I will not choose budget for my next rental
