Had to wait in line for a very long time to check in for my appointment to get POTS meds (which is extra fun because POTS makes it painful and exhausting to stand for prolonged periods). When I finally got to the front of the line the receptionist actually chastised me for being late... Because I was waiting in line. I love Nicole, but I am not putting up with that. I am literally in the office for help with a disease that makes it hard for me to physically get out of bed. Guess I'll have to find another doctor. The front desk will make or break an office for me. Now I'm missing work for no reason today ud83dudc4d

I last visited her office in July, it is now December. For the past 3 years I have visited their office every 6 months - all of a sudden the receptionist tells me that they wanted to see me every 3 months and that this has always been their policy, which is why they suddenly stopped refilling my asthma medication. I was told this was because I missed a September appointment, however I did not reschedule an appointment in July because I was not seeing their office for an issue which required followup by them.
