Great selection of clothes. Massive variety and the employees are so sweet and helpful, but they have everything you could possibly need for your children at such great low prices

Number one reason for my review... the employees. The employees at this particular location have been the worst I’ve encountered with Once upon a child. The Hyde park location employees has by far the worst attitudes and treat you like you are bothering them. I’m truly disgusted with them and would never visit this location again. Do yourself a favor and go to any locations BUT THIS ONE! Until they hire new friendly employees ud83dude12

We checked in for the first time this week and found used baby books really cheap (mostly 0.5$), which were in really good shape. The staff were friendly and even suggested us to join as a member, which rendered three books free. I will definitely visit again.

I have a love hate relationship with this place. I feel like what they buy and what they sell don't add up. I have clothes from Justice/Carter's in good condition and they don't buy them. I see items not in good condition and the are trying to sell them for $6.50. I find good stuff every now and then at an acceptable price but honestly can go to Walmart and buy brand new items for what they are asking for used items. I was told by a former employee to go to the one in Fairfield for better stuff.
