Rob and his guy's Are very polite to work with. His sub contractors were all on time and did a great job. If I ever have my sewer back up again I would call them again to fix my home.
My upstairs bathroom flooded (thanks to my daughter). Disaster Plus did an awesome job. They explained the process to me and worked well with my insurance company. My new bathroom looks great!

I called to get an estimate for a bathroom remodel to be paid through a homeowners insurance claim. I provided all the paperwork and photos they required, and then heard nothing back. When I followed up after a week they said they never bothered to call me back because they didn't want the job since the insurance wouldn't pay enough. I asked if Service Master could provide a written estimate so I could go back and ask the insurance company to adjust the amount. Service Master told me they'd only provide a written estimate if I paid $250. So I guess if you want to waste a week of your time and end up with nothing, go with these guys!
I met Patrick a little over three years ago when I relocated to Utah. Patrick asked me to give them a try on the next claim I had. I did, and I was so pleased that every referral I have had since has gone to Patrick and his team at ServiceMaster. I do not worry or have concerns about my clients being taken care of when I know that Patrick and his team are involved. They are fast, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, friendly... everything you would want, and more, in a restoration company. They are the company I called when I had a leak in my own home, and as always they handled it flawlessly. I appreciate the time that Patrick takes to be involved with me and my clients.
