Enjoyed the service rec'd on my 20 year old BMW M Roadster...at first review of the bill felt there was an overcharge.nAfter closer review I had made a mistake and the charge was legitimate (my bad), my apologies to Tim.nBoth Dave and Tim seem very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Work was performed as ordered with a courtesy call for authorization concerning other issues found. A complete list of items that should be scheduled in the future was a printed list with prices noted (great for budgeting future repair needs)nThe shop is clean and well organized with a great location, within walking distance to my home in Mariemont.nLabor cost are both fair and reasonable.nWould highly recommend
Great, friendly staff. Always able to squeeze me in for a last minute oil change before a long trip. They know my wife and I by name and the cars we drive. I go out of my way to bring my vehicles here.
I had a great experience with Eurauto. They were very professional and got things done very quickly and communicated throughout! Their prices and services were better than a lot of other places I’ve been to! I’ll definitely be using them again and I recommend other individuals in the area do too!
This was my first experience with Eurauto. I had a big service due on 2012 Mercedes 350 blutec and didn’t want to use the dealer. I found their service prompt and as advertised. My car was completed on time and I was kept up to date on progress in a timely matter. I will be going back!!
