I had a wonderful experience at Dubwerx getting an inspection and oil change. Liam assisted me and was very professional, timely, and explained cost breakdown of parts and labor. He’s also very personable and we had an awesome conversation about our favorite bands, he’s a big U2 fan! Thanks Dubwerx!

For years now, anyone I’ve talked to in the local VW/Audi/Porsche community has always spoken highly of Dubwerx. When I finally purchased my Audi to get my feet wet in the German automotive scene, I knew I had to go to the best, and they did not disappoint. Everything about the experience was excellent, down to the smallest details. Liam was excellent to work with and the whole team was very honest and communicative, which can be hard qualities to find when getting automotive work done. I’m extremely impressed and happy with the results, and will be coming back. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done. Thanks guys!

They really take care of you and the pricing is very competitive from what I’ve seen. They know there stuff and can answer all you’re questions. Definitely check them out if you haven’t already.

I was very disappointed in the service I received. They spent 3 hours of diagnostic time to tell me a part was bad... Except the part was missing and I told them that ahead of time. It's like they didn't even look at the car, the part is obviously not there. I couldn't believe it... Then they tried to sell me a bunch of services my car didn't need. Seems like they like to take advantage of people that don't know any better.nnThe lobby was nice, however an employee was having a very inappropriate and disturbing conversation as I waited for my ride.nnSafe to say I won't be back.nnUPDATE: I upgraded from 1 to 3 stars. The owner reached out and refunded my money with a little something extra. He also gave some advice on how to fix the car which I appreciated.

It is very reassuring knowing that my car is in good hands at Dubwerx. Regardless of the issues with my car, I knew that I would be completely satisfied due to the professionals at Dubwerx and this time my expectations were exceeded. Each problem and recommendations were backed up with photos depicting the issue. I was treated with respect and appreciated the shuttle rides to and from their facility.nI will use them again when needed.
