Excellent service and friendly employees! They were more than willing to help me out when I was in a bind on a tight timeline and got me rolling again (literally). They were very helpful and took the time to not only explain my issue, but to genuinely have conversation with me. I was able to continue my long trip home with confidence. Highly recommend this place.
I have always had quick and reliable service. Oil change prices have recently gone from $19.99 to $29.99 over the last 6 months. Prices were not very competitive for tires. I also found the price quoted online for tires to be drastically different when quoted in the shop when fees were included ( almost a $200 difference)
Jim McRoberts is the store manager and does an excellent job. He is very honest. Went in for a new tire and he was actually able to fix the old one. Will definitely give him my business in the future.
They are a quality, dependable and affordable priced facility. I stopped in and needed a tire looked at. The Mgr took care of it personally. I was very happy with the in and out time, along with the quality of service provided. If you need work done ask for Jim, he will take good care of you.
This Monro tire location is the best. They have EXCELLENT service and quality of work. Every time I go there the job gets done correct and there are no problems. The manager Jim is excellent and very hospitable and informative. Thanks Monro I’ll definitely be back
