This was so exciting...to have such a wonderful company do such wonderful work. Our Technician Andrew who cleaned our carpets was very professional, and very respectful while working at our home. I am actually so impressed with the outcome, that I am totally looking forward to having our carpets cleaned by TruRinse way more often. I've used other carpet cleaning companies before, and TruRinse beat them all! TruRinse showed up exactly when they said they would, they did a thorough and meticulous job, they were competitively priced, and my carpets are almost dry just a few hours later. (I've had carpets that were damp for 2 days after having them cleaned by other businesses.) A very happy returning customer!

This company is amazing! We bought a home and had a small window to clean the carpets once the previous residents moved out and we moved in. They accommodated us perfectly. The owner himself cleaned and stretched the carpets at a way better price than any other company. Carpets look smell and feel fresh! Thank you!

Jason was outstanding today. He was a professional in every way. He cleaned one large room and two long staircases. We are very pleased with how they look, and are now waiting for them to dry. This is the second time we’ve hired TruRinse, and we will use them again. Never had a more friendly service call, either! Very impressed with our whole experience today, with both Jason and TruRinse. TruRinse technicians have cleaned our carpets for several years, and every time they are on-time, efficient, and leave us with beautiful, clean carpets. They are careful about protecting our home and giving incredible service at a very reasonable price. I finally had to write this review after having another cleaner come. Though they worked hard, I was surprised that our carpet traffic areas looked darker than the surrounding carpet. I called TruRinse. Jordan came out right away, recleaned it all, especially the traffic areas, hall, and stairway, and the carpet is clean again! I love it when all our carpet looks the same color throughout the whole room. Five stars.
