Pretty much the least helpful company you’ll ever have the displeasure of dealing with. The first water bill for my first house was nearly $800. I was told it was because one of my toilets was running for 1 day. Yea ok sure.
Bravo to the water company who came right out and repaired the water leak which had been leaking for a couple of months. Good job!
People there have no idea what they are doing. They were charging my next door neighbor over $200 for water but he has been dead for over 6 months ,His father told me. I live in a small condo and water bill was $361.05 OK????
I believe when you charge $45 for a reconnect fee for somebody who owns a property , 12 years after they purchased the property, you're just stealing money from them. When the county steals money from it's residents, don't you think some residents are eventually going to want to reimburse themselves one way or the other?
We just had a service crew at the end of our street. They said they were trying to clear up tree roots somewhere in the line. By them forcing the air thru the pipes, they forced a ton of water thru our pipes and into our basement bathroom. Causing our basement bathroom to be left with 1in of standing water. Water all over the walls and everything in that bathroom. Also left a awful sewage smell. After speaking with two different people in their customer service department. They both stated their was nothing they could do to help and we are left to clean up their mess. They got to cause a major mess and headache and then just wipe their hands clean of it. Awful customer service.
