We had a mess up at first but Brooke stepped in and was more then happy to fix it for us and she did a fantastic job on my daughters ear piercing! She’s a great manager and makes sure her customers are taken care of!

I wish I can give the store more stars. I got my ear pierced with Brook, she cleaned the table, the guns, and worn gloves. This is my 1st time get piercing so I'm pretty scared, but she talked to me to help me feel better. I got very little hurt, but after 2hrs it's not hurt anymore except when you touch it. The next day everything is ok, no hurt even you touch it, no red, everything went back to normal, thank you Brook, she's mazing.

Drove all the way over to visit this Claire's and there is a sign on the door saying that the worker is on break and will not be back until 4:40 pm. It's 1/10/21 at 3:50pm and their doors are locked. Waste of time to drive all the way here.

Love all the deals u can find on cute accessories here like buy 3 get 3. The cutest hair stuff. And the employee Korinn who helped me pick something for my girlfriend was awesome

Has gone downhill in the past few years. Store is in disarray and staff is very unhelpful.
