Poor customer service. Poor record keeping. Staff isn't knowledgeable and almost refuse to provide statements of value for insurance purposes. Everything is difficult with them. So expect a fight when it comes time for repairs or to insure your purchase. The one good note, the jewelers that actually do the work do a beautiful job.

I went to this new to me store to inquire about dipping for costume jewelry. I was looked up and down as well as the jewelry that I was wearing like I wasn't worth the napkin she was using to wipe the glass with. That was followed by a snobby no we don't offer that. Guuurrrlll my jewelry is worth more than a months salary considering you're worth that much at a jewelry store and all. Heffa! Rude as all getout. You don't like black folks either. I see it. NEXT!!

Excellent merchandise, customer service, and atmosphere. Candace, the manager demonstrated,experience, knowledge, courtesy and exceptional professionalism .

Came in on the weekend and Lauren helped me. She was super nice and helpful and was also very patient with me through my indecisiveness. I wanted a cute, cheaper necklace and she helped me find that (I think I looked through each case at least 3 times) and she was attentive the entire time. Geeat customer service and selection A+.
