Working with Ward was a wonderful experience. We were faced with a sudden and unexpected out of state move, and Ward was able to coordinate everything with us and for us in a very quick time-frame. We were extremely happy with the carpet, the installers, and the service. I would recommend Ward to anyone and everyone!

Rhonda and I had to replace some very old carpet in our family room and on the staircase in our home in Xenia. We highly recommend seeing Tammy at Buddy’s Carpet in Beavercreek. She was a top notch sales person. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. We are so impressed and pleased with the father and son installers, Rick and Tim, with over 20 years experience. They removed the old carpet and they didn’t leave even a speck of the old installation. The subfloor was clean as a whistle before laying the new pad and carpet.nThey were perfectionists. The best of carpet can be very disappointing if installed by rookies.

What can I say the floors are fantastic. Completely transformed my house. I refloored my whole house practically and it looks and feels amazing. They are really willing to work with you to make sure you are happy. They told us it would be all done in a week and it was. When the installation was not done on Friday they came it on Saturday to finish it. So happy so impressed. Ask for Tammy she is great!

First let me say this I am a senior citizen, with a sick husband that I take care of. My time is very important. I'm also working with a bad hip. I had to pack up the house for the installation, fine I did that as best I could. The installers came because my husband was still on dialysis, and some objects was still in some rooms, after I informed them the landlord will be right here to help. They told me they had to call the office, they stepped out of the house mind you they were in my home no more than twenty minutes. Then they were gone. The landlord came and asked what time are they supposed to be here I told him they came and left. He went to the store mind you he had to wait for them to open. Installation had to be rescheduled for two more weeks out with different installers. Who I must say we're extremely professional and helped in every way they could. But I had to be in my home with all my rooms packed up. It had been an extended period of inconvenience for me and my husband. Needless to say the second set of installers were very professional. We are happy with our new carpet....but we were very stressed having our home upside down for an extended period of time. Buddys Carpet needs to atleast inform customer how to prepare for the installation of carpet beforehand.
