Premiere Flooring

I went to this store two different days to look at wood flooring for the new house we are building. The first time I was there with my husband and was laying my favorite samples out to view. I overheard one of the workers badmouthing me for leaving my samples out, but I never left and was still using them (which she would have known if she ever walked around and offered to help). I tried to not let her rudeness bother me. We needed to leave and wanted to borrow some samples but all of the employees were in the little room eating and having a get together and I wasn't sure if I should bother them so we waited. Finally we found someone and they said we could take the samples.nnThe next time I went to return the samples and check out different samples. I was there for over an hour looking around NOT A SINGLE person acknowledged me or asked if I need help! I did need help and when I looked for someone I couldn't find anyone. Then I heard them all in that little room eating AGAIN! They saw me look in the room and nobody even offered to help! I couldn't believe it!nnEven though I found hardwood flooring I liked and wanted, I decided it was best to walk away. They obviously do not care about helping now so I can't imaging what it would be like to trust them with our home down the road. It is a shame for them because they just missed out on a 2,000 square foot hardwood flooring sale and possibly granite countertops.

We just had carpeting and some wood flooring installed in a very challenging room. The installers were amazing and did a great job. They were prompt and worked hard to accomplish a job well done. I will always use Premier Flooring, Doug Cleary and those great two installers! Thanks Doug!
