I would 100% recommend using this company, even though they no longer do termite inspections/treatments the owner went out of his way to call me back and talked me through what I should do and gave me recommendations on who to call. He even offered to help me further if I had anymore questions concerning the treatments recommendations we received. If I have any pest issues in the future this will definitely be the first company I call.
Great next day service! Eric offered way more than just an inspection. He explained what could happen in the future and prevention techniques.
Eric is wonderful! He explained everything he was doing and what we needed to do to eradicate our situation. We got extremely lucky with timing and he was able to come within an hour to help with a bee issue. Already recommended him to a friend and will keep his number if anything arises. When I called about questionable sawdust looking sediment in one of our rooms, Eric couldn’t have been more helpful and quicker to respond. We talked over the phone and he came over within the hour, surveyed the area and gave his educated opinion and options to treat. He was professional, friendly, honest and so knowledgeable, we felt really comfortable with his insight and will follow his recommendations.
Eric is an extremely honest business man and I would absolutely not hesitate to reach him when you have a pest issue. He even was willing to educate me on termite issues and took 25 minutes on the phone with me even when his company doesn't do that anymore. Great, local and knowledgeable help!
