You will not find a better gym! The coaches truly care about you as a person. They motivate you to reach your goals. The workouts are made so that they are challenging no matter what level you are at currently. I have been a member for 3 years and I am still challenged every day and still loving it!

I have been going to fit body for about two and a half years now and have loved every second of it. The coaches are amazing, caring, fun and most importantly, encouraging. The workouts are different everyday which leads to great results. I considered myself decently fit before starting here, and more so after my two years here, but the workouts are still challenging and the coaches are always willing to help if you need more (or less) of a challenge.nnThey have been great during Covid and have gone above and on to make sure clients are safe.

Absolutely Love FBBC! I have never been to a gym where the coaches truly care about your success like they do here. The workouts are great and the energy and culture are amazing. I now actually look forward to working out!

The best high-intensity workout there is in Dayton‼ufe0f 30 minutes workout and you walk out waiting to go back and do the next one tomorrow. Plus they offer a Small Group Training to specifically work on what you want. I’ve been doing SGT 2 days a week since June and my lower back pain has lessen to a low full pain.
