Dr. Bonnin is one of the best immunologist in the greater dayton area. My daughter and I have been going there for 20 plus years. He is very thorough and takes his time during our visits. He also picked on some other serious problem that my daughters family doctor missed. I have gone to other doctors in the area that never took time to find out what was going on with our illnesses.nHe is truly the best!

Just went for my 4 month follow up that I planned for and scheduled 3 months ago. Showed up and they had no record of my appointment. Now I have to wait 2 more months to be seen for my 4 month follow up.nThey also seem to have issues with billing my insurance. Oddly they have no issues billing for my shots but then loose records of my insurance when billing for the appointment for the shot. Meaning I have now received 2 bills each for $200 because they stated they had no insurance on file for me even though I emailed them copies of my insurance cards so they could get prior authorization for my shots.

Both my kids get shots at the Beavercreek location. Dr Debrosse and his staff are great. Everyone takes the time to explain things. The nurses administer allergy shots painlessly.

I'll give them 2 stars rather than 1 because the doctors are good but good doctors can't overcome bad policy. I'm 50yrs old and have had asthma my whole life. I have been taking albuterol for as long as I can remember. To not refill my prescription until I make an appointment for my own good is bullsh!t. What is for my own good is to have my meds in hand when I need them, not going to an unnecessary appointment for an unnecessary test that is just in their best interest. So, after more then a decade, I'll be looking for a new doctor. This is just the last straw.

BE VERY CAREFUL...I'm a 16 yr military man and I took my daughter here. Between a horrendous doctor that became extremely defensive and unprofessional when I started asking questions and a billing office that is so dysfunctional and argumentative that I had to have my insurance call their office manager, I highly recommend you find another doctor for care. Fwiw, the office manager at the Centerville location is very reasonable and good to deal with if you run into any issues.
