Doctors are great. Nurses are great. Front desk staff are consistently rude and short. Not a great first impression.

Literally the worst pediatric office imaginable. Rude front office staff and irresponsible, malpracticed nurses and doctors. My son who is only 4 months old started being seen there directly after being born. We saw every doctor in the office and they were all the same. One would tell me to do something then the next blaming me for doing what their colleague instructed me to do. On top of that, my son was given vaccines without me EVER signing consent or telling me what they were giving him and NEVER had I received possible reactions, symptoms or potential risks associated with these vaccines. He went 5 days without a bowel movement and every time I called to get him seen I was blatantly denied an appointment which made his condition worse to the point where we ended up in the ER because he was refused at the office. Your child is not in good care at this facility what so ever.

While I have excellent feedback about Dr Bunn and a few of the nurses including Erin, many of the nurses, practitioners and office staff are less than willing to accommodate or get to the root cause of any concern. Many office staff need more training. I was scheduling appointments that were to early (unknowingly on one as at my last appointment, the practitioner asked me to come back in the time period I scheduled) and the other was a day prior to my child’s birthday. I received confirmations/ reminders and waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes only to be called back to the check out area and told that they didn’t know why I was event there and insurance would not pay for my child to be seen. When asked why they waited so long to inform me- I received no answer but a quick change of subject. Afterwards, I also called and asked to speak to the doctor personally. They would not let me talk to the doctor. Very disappointed that this is how I was treated after almost 2 1/2 years of going to that practice. I do not recommend this practice.

Took my son here since birth, he is now one year old. The multiple docs we saw here reassured me that his 3+ ear infections and chronic congestion for 6+ months were a result of me putting him in childcare. “Kids get 8-10 colds a year,” they told me, despite the fact his cold symptoms never resolved and he was constantly getting fevers and being put on antibiotic after antibiotic with no healthy periods in between. (Three separate antibiotics in a 5 week span.)nnWhen I called for an ENT referral due to their clear negligence and my son’s continued fevers (103/104) and inability to eat or sleep, they refused to do so.nnI paid out of pocket on my own for an ENT, and what do you know, my son has significant hearing loss and fluid buildup in his ears infecting his entire sinuses which they found from a quick check and CT scan. The ENT was SHOCKED tubes hadn’t been recommended for him months ago. We anticipate the tubes will completely resolve the congestion and irritability my son has been dealing with for MONTHS.nnI will not step foot in this office again. Complete lack of knowledge and overall inability to listen to advocating parents. If they would’ve listened to my concerns instead of drugging up my kid and sending us on our way, my son would’ve been pain-free a long time ago.
