Greene County Juvenile Court

My 18 year old missed court because they didn’t serve her paperwork. They emailed her summons. Upon finding out that she missed, she called around to find out how to correct it. We were sent to juvenile court. We arrived 25 prior to closing. They told us they were getting ready to close. They refused to help. They told us to go to the Sheriff’s office, which was closed. We were sent somewhere else again. After talking to a deputy, we were told that she was being taken into custody. They said I could bond her out only to find out that we couldn’t. She was jailed for the weekend over a misdemeanor.

Mixed my court day up with the day after. I called and explained to them which they ran me around and I spoke with everyone in the building because no one knew who I needed to talk to. 24 hours later they get ahold of the magistrate who was clearly to busy the day before, and she says to keep the warrant for my arrest but got a new court date 20 days later. I know it is my fault for missing court however I didn't even receive any paper work or anything for the first court date. Thought all that had to be signed for but I guess not. This is all for visitation for a girl that can't stay off drugs. I lost my child to CPS because they didn't want to split up the children then had to fight to get her back. I have 6 kids that depend on me and now I have to worry about being arrested in front of them. If your a father all the greene county services are against you and absolutely will not help you. Absolutley unprofessional and unorganized, spent hours on the fun getting transferred.
