If you buy anything from this store make sure you keep the receipt. I bought my daughter a shirt and it fit so there was not a need to keep the receipt but after one wash following the directions the shirt had a run and a tear in it and I was told there was nothing they can do about it.

I bought an Easter outfit for my 10 month old grandson. It was too small so I went to exchange the outfit for a bigger size four days after buying it. I had the receipt but they wouldn’t let me do a return or even exchange because the tags fell off and was still in the bag. They stated that if they aren’t attached then there is nothing they can do. I even called corporate and was told the same thing. So i guess I’ll just have to donate the Easter outfit I bought for my grandson. This is bad business and I’ll will start shopping at Carter’s. I already closed my children’s place credit card account. I will never give them my business again!! This is way so many companies are going out of business.

We were charged twice because the computer froze. We asked if we were going to be charged twice with having to put our card back in, store manager said no. We checked our bank account and we were charged twice. Store manager told us it was a ghost charge it would go away. Called corporate, corporate told us it didnt charge twice and that it would go away as a charge. Called our bank couple days later and our bank said it was a transaction and has been withdra . Twice. Called store manager again and he wouldn't help, so we asked for corporates number again, and ended up having to file a dispute because we could t just be refunded one of our transactions.

Charged twice as computer froze after being approved and rerang after and bank confirmed. gm ben wouldnt comply and refund the money. So i had to file a dispute to get a refund. Ben you should never assume transactions are ghosts charges. Do your research and look through journal/history. Food for thought for next time as your losingnBusiness. This was alot of hassle to resolve no thanks to the store manager.

Don't use the children's cash! They rip you off so that you have to spend more money
