Love this place. Always walk out with some great finds. Love looking through everything. It seems like they get new things every day.
I came in to sell some items yesterday that my grandkids don’t wear anymore and the young girl and boy working the counter were very polite. Even though they were very busy, the girl helped me with filling out the information on my phone and the boy explained the process thoroughly and answered all of my questions. It’s nice to come into a store and be treated with such kindness.
Staff was rude when I initially dropped off my items, of the 3 bags they wanted to purchase 3 items since the items were not “current style”....half the items were purchased within the last year a few of the items were purchased at Rose & Remington but were returned to me. The items in the store look like they more than just gently used faded, worn, and definitely dated......I personally wouldn’t purchase anything from the store.....Last time I step foot in there. Greatly disappointed!

They gave me great customer service and I got a decent amount for my used items I sold. The staff today was great!
