I love the clothes and prices here, but man the employees are so slow. The lines always take a lifetime to ring out.
Prices are low and the lady found some shorts but the cashier was slow and two employees wandered around while they could have helping a line with 3 plus people in it. Mind you one was eating behind the counter with their mask off. Then left.
They have various sales and employees ask if assistance is needed. Online ordering is neat as they have a huge selection
Dressing rooms still closed AND no returns, only exchange or store credit!?!!? Wow, way to take advantage of the pandemic Charlotte Russe!!
The young lady was very helpful in finding my desired sizes. She was quick at checkout and even told me about the fit and numerous other styles they offered. Good experience.
