Meagan was awesome! She got me in and out quickly and I was very happy with everything. Made my next appt before I left and getting 20% off on my first appt was a bonus I didn’t even realize until I was already there. Highly recommend.

Madi waxed and tinted my brows and lifted and tinted my lashes last week and they look amazing! I have red hair so color match for my brows has always been difficult but she nailed it. I also know nothing about brow shape/lash color and I was able to trust her with everything and she was able to explain why/what she was doing. Extremely professional, and extremely communicative and friendly, couldn't recommend Madi enough!

Umm, I like the idea of waxpott, but I’m not happy with my Brazilian wax results at all. My first wax was in February (a completely different company), and Due to some pregnancy complications, I couldn’t get back within 4-6 weeks. I finally was able to get back to waxing and chose to try waxpott on 4/3. I did not shave, Nair, pluck, etc., in-between time, so the hair was definitely long enough. She told me it would be a few straggler hairs left, which I was okay with. However, when I got home and felt for the smoothness, all I felt was stubble. Finally, today 4/8, I had my boyfriend take a pic, and It was way more than just a “few” hairs here and there. It’s literally patches of hair left in different spots, and lots of strands left at the top. The thing is, the hair is long enough to twist, so I’m not sure why it wasn’t removed. I was also a first-time client and didn’t receive the discount, and I tipped. The girl who did it was really nice and conversational, but I won’t be back.

Went for a full Brazilian. They were kind and the area was very clean. I went to get waxed for my first time here, and that is why it is missing a star. I don't feel like the process was properly explained to me and I felt a little unprepared and uncomfortable. I am excited to try a new waxer. The first one I had left a few spots I had to shave afterwards, and did not apply any oil, cream, or lotion afterwards.
