Never answer their phone. Ordered online for pick up on 9/17. In the email I was told in 2 hours I’d find out if my sunglasses were available. Still no email and it’s been more than 24 hours. Called over 18 times to the store, no answer. Unacceptable. Tuttle Mall location in Dublin, Ohio. Customer service number is also a joke. Told to keep trying to call the store.
Terrible experience. I ordered sunglasses online for pickup and showed up at the store once my order was ready and was told by the lady that her manager had sold my order to someone else...
