I came here to do my cartilage. I have never gotten a piercing before besides the normal ear lobe ones when I was younger... the guy who did it was very nice, I was really anxious and scared, but he explained everything to me, had me breathe in, when I breathed out it was done.nnNot to mention, this one lady who works there went above and beyond to find my friend and I in the mall in the food court to let us know about an opening to get it done :) she was super sweet! She was very nice and respectful. At first I thought I wouldn’t be able to get it done because they were SUPER booked, but I was able to get it done thanks to her. And the social distancing and everything made me feel like I was in a clean place.nnI was super scared but they made it simple for me. Once it was done I felt super accomplished and I also didn’t feel uncomfortable. He explained me everything before I did it, and everything went just perfect!nnI am glad I came here with my friend, great experience and price didn’t seem bad at all. Yes - u will pay a little more, but it’s really worth it. Your peace of mind.nnHypoallergenic too, my ears are SUPER sensitive, the earring hasn’t irritated me which is a good sign ;)

I got my eyebrow and nipples done by John, he was very professional and even answered questions about piercings I don't have yet. The piercings themselves look great, everything was clean and private and service was prompt. Overall a wonderful experience and I will for sure be coming back!

So, today, my fiance and I had our septums done. Jourdan was the girl who got the pleasure of stabbing our faces. She was AMAZING. Of the 3 or 4 other times I've been here, she was by FAR my FAVORITE person ever. She was SO sweet, kind, and hilarious. The salesman at the counter, John, was the dopest dude ever. John, if you're reading this, she was going to get hers, no matter what, but we REALLY enjoyed your confidence, and enthusiasm! You had us cracking up, and kept good conversation. Today was the best experience I've ever had here. And I've always had great ones. Keep up the amazing work guys! HIGHLY satisfied.

I went in on a Sunday around 3:30 and it was a long line. I called at 4:03 to see if I could make an appointment, they said walk in only, and it was an hour wait. I decided to wait and right when it was my turn at 4:48 they turned me away saying they cut services off because they were behind. They closed at 6. When I called at 4:03 I was never told services would be cut off unless I would have never waited. I also drove from Canal Winchestor which is not down the street. Horrible customer service, I will 100% not recommend that place.

My sister , myself and a friend went in Sunday to get piercings and Jourdan was amazing! Great personality, was so welcoming and helpful with choosing placements of our new additions. Highly recommend her and the body jewel team!
