Customer service was fantastic. I had not been there for a number of years. It was critical they found my name and last purchase in the database for a trade in crest. After many attempts, the manager found my information under a misspelled name. I was able to get a great trade in and made a terrific new purchase.

It was absolutely wonderful. Christian the gentleman who assisted me was pleasant and very attentive. He made me very comfortable with leaving my ring to get repaired.

Christian is a very nice young gentlemen who assisted in cleaning my wedding rings. He is a very bright, and mannerly individual who went above and beyond for my third Jared experience. Even though Jared was not able to perform my second request for the visit, which for reasons very understandably so, Christian took it upon himself to go the extra mile to help locate a jewler who could work with a vintage ring. It is so very much appreciated. A promising salesman for sure, but one who truly wishes your needs are met. Thank you, again! I hope he is recognized for his kindness and professionalism among his team and superiors. He definelty ensured my return for future purchases at the Dublin store.

I have always had a wonderful experience each time I visit Jared. However, I went in before Christmas hoping to surprise my husband with a new wedding band (he lost his at work). Unfortunately, Jared does not save the ring sizes in the system for previously purchased rings. I do not know my husband's finger size, so I was unable to make a purchase. I hope in the future they can update their system to include ring sizing for reference.

Curbside pickup was quick and easy for a re-sized ring. Very affordable. Christian was friendly and ever so helpful.
