Scott, Beth and the brothers did an amazing job, start to finish. I sent in an email with a ring I owned and a concept sketch, a day later we were on the phone and had an appointment booked. We sat down later that week and hashed out the details - Scott and the team were right on the money with their questions and suggestions, they understood right away what I was looking for, and the enthusiasm and professionalism were exceptional. A few weeks later, I was in to check out a 3D-printed model of the ring and it blew me away - but not quite as much as seeing the real deal a few days later. The before and after speaks for itself, they absolutely killed it with the design and attention to detail.nnYou don't have to be an expert to know that this wasn't an easy design to pull off - but I seriously couldn't imagine it coming out any better. We stopped in because we wanted custom rings. Scott’s was exactly what we wanted and needed. After giving a few guidelines of what we wanted; (vintage; hammered), they helped us design exactly what we wanted within our price range. My experiences with Scott’s Custom Jewelers have been nothing but positive. They are fun people to work with, have incredible design skills, and their quality of workmanship is second to none. The other thing that’s really important to me is they do the work in-house — which made me feel so comfortable having my jewelry with them. If you are considering a custom designed piece, I wouldn’t consider anyone else. With the CAD design program they have you work as a team to design, then they they make an exact replica of the finished piece BEFORE it is cast so you have total control over the end result and there are no design surprises. They can even place your gems in the model so you can see EXACTLY what your new piece will look like. Highly recommend.
