Kroger pharmacy staff is amazing the are hard workers, they do there job very professionally under 10 minutes also

This pharmacy sucks. Every time I need to fill a script (maybe 4/5 times a year). There is always a problem!! They need paperwork or new insurance card info or update my info or there's always at least a 10 minute wait. Today, there was a problem, I called after they opened and they haven't called back. I had to call them back and they told me to call the prescribing Dr. Called them, they said only the pharmacy can call in and ask for the script to be changed, so I called them back. A lot of headache I shouldn't have to deal with! DO YOUR JOB KROGER PHARMACY!
