Really wanna see and from reading and looking want to live it's a convenient locations etc etc never seen been or looked in person only can see what u can via online wj update if I ever get to get a lot there or rent there but lot or trailer will update if they ever allow me room there I'll respond accordingly to my exp there but overall not baf

Very sketchy mobile home park. SWAT and local police are constantly raiding the area. Management is a joke. They never respond properly, they claim everything is the fault of the tenant, even when documentation proves otherwise. It takes filing a complaint with the courts and threatening to put rent in escrow before they will tend to major issues. Even so, problems are NOT resolved properly or legally. When issues aren't resolved through management, they refuse to give any other contact information for the park owner etc. Save yourself the money, headache and time, and find another place to live. This park is honestly terrible, and there is no sign of it changing any time soon. My disabled daughter resides here. Big mistake on our part thinking this would be a good/safe place to live for her. Management/owner will I am sure, respond back to this review blaming my daughter, it's common practice for them to fault the tenants. Rest assured, I am speaking the truth.

Come to By Way mobile home park in Columbus an buy a moneypit/lemon ..looking for first time buyers with at least 3.200.00 down on a dream home of your own ....that becomes the nightmare of that dream you had...carpenter ants are a package deal...just think of it wile watching your favorite Netflix show you You get a burning stabbing pain in your a$$... but don't worry you can go slip in to a nice bubble bath for that pain just make sure you don't get pieces of paint chips in your butt cause that wall paint on ceramic tubs never stays long....no it don't....your total price out the door 20.000.00 to 14.000.00
