Stelzer Gardens Manufactured Home Community

I been living here for the past 6 years, the management has changed quite a bit. Community is statring to look better, they got us new mailboxes hopefully they dont break them like they did the other ones. The security makes the community feel safe. The office ladies are really trying to make this place look good.

This place is a joke. I don't recommend anyone coming to live here because the front office plays too many games and are crooks. They'll take some of the money you paid online for rent and put it towards buying new trailers, mailboxes or maintenance without your permission. Then, all of a sudden, they start overcharging and tacking on expenses to your monthly bill that aren't yours and shouldn't be there in the first place. We're in a pandemic. This is most definitely not a good time to be messing around and taking advantage of those who have been on time paying their rent every month for over 2 years. I'm very disappointed in the new trash removal company management has hired because they're failing to be consistent, have our trash cans over flowing for 2 weeks straight and it's starting to attract raccoons, skunks and other wildlife.

I'll be putting my rent into ESCROW...these people are charging us a dumping fee I DONT DUMP ANYTHING ...YOU WONT GET A CENT MORE OUT OF ME...THIS IS ILLEGAL....YOU CAN'T CHARGE EVERYONE FOR SOMETHING A COUPLE PEOPLE DO....nthey all sit in the office with thier noses turned up because they dont have to live here...they raise the rent all the time....I can't wait to leave

My daughter lives here. It would be a Whole lot Better if they Did Something About the Streets With the Standing Water When It Rains . Sure Makes Her tiny yard in front of her house So Very Muddy . Appears to be a Quite Mostly Spanish Community
