So I’m looking into getting a trailer in 3 months how cheap are they I Hurd they want forty four hundred + another 700 is that true my bestfriend lives there she loves it and I use to go there a lot how much do they charge a month I know it’s rent to own ??

It was an okay place. I would never live there again. Place tried to sell us a defective home that we had to move from because it had so many problems structure wise outside and under. Plus didn't tell you that the park had permanent visitors that won't leave such as roaches that the whole park has!!!!! That's why we left there. I would not recommend this place to live!!!! New manager is great but maintenance is not.

Management is very unprofessional every two years they change the people that are in the office... They got four new homes but their overpriced and all the other homes are old... The streetlights does not work so it's completely dark and very unsafe

Small mobile homes. Beautiful rehabs. Not enough parking. Very friendly management and community.
