I started going to Athletico NA after foot surgery two years ago and was very impressed with the care I received. So when I started having pain in my leg, which caused me to hop with a slight limp, I returned. I was partnered with TJ Steinmetz. From the beginning, TJ has been very patient with me and worked diligently to help alleviate the pain in my leg. He pinpointed the issue and recently he had a major breakthrough! I walked out of the facility with absolutely no pain!! I was elated! He informed me that there are more steps we need to take to make sure I remain pain free and I am ok with that! I am just happy to be on the road of recovery!

Following my knee surgery, Brandon set me up with a plan specific to my needs. Each of our sessions were planned and executed to meet the goals we had set. Each week, we reviewed my progress and updated the plan when appropriate. The result was a successfully recovery and all of the goals I set for myself have been achieved. Brandon and the other teams members were always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Athletico New Albany!

My son and I both had great experiences at Athletico. The entire staff is very friendly and always made us feel welcome. I was treated for my Achilles’ tendon and my son for his ankle. We saw Brandon and Shannon and they were both very knowledgeable and always explained everything in detail. They were also always really accommodating and made appointments that worked with our schedules. We always looked forward to our appointments because not only would we feel better afterwards, but we also had fun while we were there! We both highly recommend Athletico for anyone looking for an amazing physical therapist!

The New Albany understood the urgency of getting my daughter in quickly for an appointment. They were able to see her within 24 hours and provide immediate relief that allowed her to continue with her competitive swim season! Therapist, Brandon Bowers, even showed up at her sectional meet! Would definitely recommend this team.
