Erin below is correct, Lisa (long black pony tail) is horrible with customer service. This pharmacy is incorrect about filing times as well as if they do not have enough of a medicine, they give give you the shorted amount without advising when picking up. Then are rude when you call them once you get home and open the white bag.nnElijah is awesome though, always polite, friendly and helpful.

On Tuesday I called the pharmacy to check on my meds. I was told they needed to order it and it would be in the next day after 3:00. I ask if I could pick this up at the drive through and was told the inhaler will not fit and will need to be picked up inside. I have severe COPD and have isolated myself at this time. I hate to ask others to help me but having no choice at this point my son said he would stop after work and pick it up. I was very grateful. He stopped and got my debit card went to Kroger and was told he needed my birthdate. His phone is broken and since the phone stores are closed he is unable to replace it. Instead of allowing him to use the store phone he drove back to my house to ask my birth date. He returned to the store and by mistake entered may instead of June for the date. Again the pharmacy would not try to help him. I called the store after and was treated very rude until I was in tears. During these difficult times you would think you could have been more helpful. I understand that you have a difficult job and I am thankful you are willing to work during this time. But try to remember that for seniors who have never had to depend on others before it is also hard. So I do not have my much needed meds and will have to try and find someone who is available to get it for me. Wish me luck.

The pharmacy tech with black hair usually in ponytail has zero customer service skills and is never helpful. Every interaction with her has been very unpleasant and rude! She will go above and beyond to not help you. Will be switching pharmacies!

Staff has been rude, inconsiderate and can not be trusted. They will not have to worry about me expecting to be treated with respect and kindness because I wont be going to Kroger's pharmacy. I'll go to CVS right across the street.

I called early afternoon to have a prescription transferred from CVS. The lady was very polite on the phone and said to give her an hour or so to get the prescription and they would have it ready. I told her I would be there after six. Arrived about 8 pm, waited in line only to be informed they didn't have the medication. I was told to come back tomorrow after 3. The only reason I went to Kroger tonight was to pick up my prescription. A wasted trip that could have been avoided with a simple call from the pharmacy.nnI have to wonder, too, how a name brand pharmacy, in a large suburb, can possibly be out of a very common generic drug used to treat cholesterol. It's like McDonald's being out of fries! Not a very good first impression.
