I used my points for our one night stay and was so kindly upgraded to the king suite..now the parking isn't the best as people stated but honestly this hotel and the amazing staff made it 5 stars which is rare but when you have people that are genuinely kind and go above ,it really makes it a perfect stay.we checked in and was instantly greeted at valet by a young man named Shepard I believe he said( hard with masks on to understand people ) was very nice and opened my door for me,then check in was smooth and we felt very safe and protected as well with covid guidelines,Haley and Angela were super nice at front desk and I didn't get the 2 guys names unfortunately but I belive they were managers but they were very helpful and welcoming.now the room itself was smaller for a suite but the bathroom is why you want and need this room! I loved the bathroom setup and with a button the shade goes down for privacy,now there's no locks on the bathroom doors or fan but a wonderful lighted makeup mirror,robes and all the essential toiletries were already in the room which was nice.the room service menu was ok we didn't order anything since there's literally every kind of food right outside the hotel in walking distance.the room setup as mentioned is smaller the usual so the 2 tvs can't be watched at the same time if someone wants to watch a different show for example.the espresso machine is wonderful,makes delicious espresso and the fridge has a variety of drinks and there's snacks to choose from but yes they are pricey.all menus are downloaded to your phone for restaurants and room service.
