They are doing curbside pickup which is annoying in itself since we can’t view the inventory online. The girl I talked to clearly misunderstood what I was asking for, and sold me coils that didn’t fit my vape. When I called to remedy the situation, I was basically told I had to eat em, cause all sales are final. According to the receipt I was given, it says returns accepted within 7 days. Unless policy has changed, someone doesn’t know what they’re talking about. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, but this experience has caused them to lose a customer. Instead of trying to fix the problem, she was intent on blaming ME instead of trying to make the transaction right. I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted the right coils for my vape...nnUpdate: I called back the next day and spoke with the gentleman I normally deal with in the store. He’s always polite and very helpful. He even remembers my name which is a plus. He was happy to exchange my coils for me with no issue. I’m still a customer because I love their points system. I just know who NOT to deal with when I go in there.

I have been to this shop 4 different times for 4 different things. Coils, mouth piece, e-juice, batteries. Never had anything I needed. Closest shop too me has nothing in stock ever... rip.

The girl behind the counter so absolutely one of the rudest people. I tried explaining I have asthma and cannot wear a mask. She snarled at me that she didn't need to know all that. ( Her words) I was shocked by her nasty demeanor. If she was having a bad day I'm sorry for that but please do not treat other people with such contempt. The world has enough hate right now. Why can't we just be kind to one another? Other then her the store is beautiful, clean and has very comparable prices.

Tried to buy stuff but they were closed when I got there.

Love the atmosphere & the knowledgeable employees (especially Kael - he helped me out last time I was here) in this shop!
