Absolutely recommend without any reservation. Upfront and honest. I tried to get a quote from another state farm agent and she said something was wrong with my drivers license and wouldn't tell me why and charged more month to month. Suzette did not scam me over like the other agent and was direct and honest with me about everything. She was professional and knew what she was doing and also pleasant to talk to over the phone. Thank you so much!

After learning more about what a great company State Farm is, I decided too go with them for my car insurance needs. Sarah was very responsive, very attentive to my needs. Each time I had reached out too her by email, she responded rather quickly. Great ethnic work history. After being with one insurance company for 20yrs and making the switch to State Farm, the entire process, experience, and value was excellent!! Suzette and Anthony were very professional, outstanding customer service, and very attentive about my needs. The entire process from providing them my information, what I needed, and my comfort level had me feeling completely satisfied and extremely happy. They explain everything so that you can make a good educated decision and feel not only happy but excited as well. I would recommend them both to anyone who wants to save money, get more value for what you pay, and have the best customer service that you deserve.

Suzette was very informative, knowledgeable, and responsive. She was not aggressive or pushy. She just proved to me what my old insurance company was under providing me and and then showed me how State Farm could give me more coverage for less. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
