Trust me I have been a position where I lost my father and had I had a insurance agent like Elena at the time the 250,000.00 policy that lapsed three months prior to him passing because the social security card his policy was being automatically withdrawn from had been changed and we were never alerted(by agent). I fought with the company that we had been paying a policy for 17 years on and missed three payments bc the card had expired and not updated. Needless to say I lost I never saw a Dime of that policy that was paid on for 17 years. Elena makes sure all her clients are current and everything is kept up on.

Elena was so helpful! I had a 401k from a previous employer just sitting there, and I was worried what might happen to the money I had saved, and what to do with it now.
