PUCO is forcing the install of new system that has wireless access point. They are threatening fees if we don't comply. Time to go to court!
Don't waste your time filing a complaint with the public utilities commission of Ohio first off they hold no authority over utility companies I have a rental property in which a new renter was trying to put the utilities in their name ohio Edison would not allow them to until I supplied Ohio Edison with the eviction papers which I did and they still didn't allow them to put the utilities in their name I contacted the public utilities commission of Ohio and spoke with a supervisor by the name of Miss Walker who promised me she would call me back that was 3 days ago
Not enough staff to accommodate all the customers. Very disappointed in how long we're out of electric.
PUCO does an excellent job at communicating utility info and allowing the public to provide input on issues relating to utilities. If it were up to the utility companies you can bet your sweet bippy that they wouldn't listen to a word the public had to say!!
Hardly worth the visit to their website. Had to email them because our gas company supposedly sent us a postcard saying we had been switched to another gas company. We didn't think they could do that without our convent. Wonder how many other people this has happened to
