I've been a retired member for almost 11 years. I've had repeated problems with Aetna Health Care. When I call SERS I'm told someone will call me back. Nothing but lies. No one calls back. They build a nice new building and take away our cost of living allowance. They double and tripled my co pay and deductible for health care. I'm trapped in a politically corrupt employment system. Thanks for fleecing us SERS.

If you can get somebody to answer the phone...they are decent after that. They have the perpetual recording playing that they are experiencing a high call volume. Really? Always? Plan on being on hold for an hour. ( not an exaggeration)nI was trying to process a death benefit for a retiree. You can't just go in and do it. They have to mail you papers. The person I spoke with didn't bother to tell me it may be a month to get the paperwork. Truly ridiculous... Nothing to do about it, but say it Sucks!
