I get that there is a pandemic but there is absolutely no reason I can't talk to a live person! The city has been opened back up or over a month now!!! All government buildings are open so I'm not understanding why you can't be. Before the pandemic was evenieven heard heard of there was contactless method of getting needed documents the same day! If the court house and stores and every other business in the city can figure out a way to make things work why the hell can't vital statistics! There's never more than 10 people at a time in that building!!! Your an absolute joke!
