I went in to make a return and purchase a shirt to go with a pair of pants I have. I was greeted when I walked in the door, which was good. However, I was not impressed with the fakeness of the manager. Mind you, I have had a card for Ann Taylor/Loft for more years than I can remember, and there have been some really pleasant people in this store. There have also been some down right snotty people. Today I encountered a rather snotty person. I love their clothes, but am not opposed to avoiding the store if this continues to happen

The girls were very helpful to my needs of returning a gift and came out with an outfit for a new event.

Purchased some tights for my wife to be worn on Friday night. Had them shipped with next day shipping. It's three days later and I am still waiting for the tights.nnKind of frustrating...I thought that next day shipping (which cost $25) meant that the items arrived the next day. Wife was very disappointed and had to scramble to put together an outfit for our dinner date.
