i had a wonderful experience dealing with this shop. I purchased a ring holder for a newly engaged girl. I messed up on the message part of ordering, and the shop owner (I assume) promptly contacted me to fix it. The gift was shipped promptly, and the recipient loved it! All in all, a great experience from beginning to end.
