I couldn't recommend Carioti Jewelers any higher. The process of getting an engagement ring from them was one of the easiest things I've ever done. They were very willing to work within my budget, didn't pressure me to buy something out of my budget, offered great options and even custom made the ring for us. John was highly professional and gave me his undivided attention even when someone arrived who looked like they had more money to spend. They provided an appraisal with the ring & good recommendations on insurance. More importantly she loved it, and said yes.

I have to share my experience because it was so far above my wildest expectations! I took my Moms jewelry to Carioti and met Sylvia. She told me they could take my family keepsakes and make them into one-of-a-kind pieces. I gave her two watches that didn’t work, and some other pieces of jewelry that were studded with diamonds, but out of fashion. I got back a beautiful new bracelet and diamond earrings! I am so excited and nobody has anything like them! Thank you Carioti and Sylvia!

I was looking for a pair of diamond earrings for my wife’s birthday and Sylvia was recommended to me by a mutual friend. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable and found several pairs for us to consider. Sylvia worked very hard to find the best pair for my budget and my wife was delighted with them! I certainly won’t complain about the price as it was considerably cheaper than the big chain stores and a much better experience. I will certainly buy from Carioti Jewelers again! Sylvia and John are really genuine people and took the time to make sure I understood what is important when buying the right pair of diamonds. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased my engagement ring from here. My experience in regards to customer service was second to none. Being a guy, purchasing an engagement ring seemed incredibly overwhelming. John made sure that I got my dream ring and stayed within the budget I set at our first conversation. Very easy to work with and I will be a customer for the rest of my life.

We went to Carioti Jewelers after a friend's recommendation and we had a great experience working with Chris! We needed a men's wedding band within 2 weeks during the COVID-19 pandemic and Chris had it built within a few days. Chris also rebuilt my custom engagement ring after it was found to have structural issues and it's stunning! Our only regret is that we didn't work with Carioti Jewelers from the beginning!
