They were the title company for a property I purchased about a year ago. The contract contained a warranty that was to be paid for by the seller. Fore title neglected to collect the money from the seller and pay the warranty company. Then there was some damage to the property and the warranty company said they would not pay the claim until they received the premium from Fore title.nnI informed Fore title of the situation and they repeatedly said they would fix the situation and then did nothing. After several months and six or seven phone calls I gave up.nnLong story short: Fore title messed up. I had to eat $500 out of pocket due to an error that was entirely their fault. They stated they were going to fix the situation and proceeded to do nothing. I would definitely NOT recommend doing business with Fore if you can avoid it.
